Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need to have my ILA and MOU in place prior to joining the Program?

No. It is best to start them at the same time. Our Customer Success team will manage this process for you so you don't have to worry. 

Who pays the fees?

The Groworx fees for the Program and the VISA fees are paid by the Provider with a portion paid by the employee, deducted as a salary sacrifice arrangement. Talk to one of our Consultants for more details. 

Do I need to sponsor the workers under my organisational name?

We are not an agency. The workers are employed and sponsored by you.

What do i need to have to sponsor overseas workers?

There are two components. A Standard Business Sponsorship and and Temporary Activity sponsorship (for the initial Training VISA). They are easy to achieve and our Immigration partner will facilitate this for you.
