IRT (Illawarra Retirement Trust) is one of Australia's leading providers of aged care services, dedicated to enhancing the lives of residents in elderly facilities across the country. They operate across 20+ locations, mostly in NSW and QLD, providing residential aged care and home care services.
MAIN CHALLENGES
The aged care sector in Australia is currently experiencing a critical workforce shortage. This shortage forced IRT to rely heavily on expensive agency staff, leading to increased operational costs and inconsistent quality of care due to a transient workforce. IRT also struggled to scale operations effectively to meet the growing service demand across diverse locations.
